NO REFUNDS— as your session can go towards a future session, gift it to someone or add it for more extra photos (if you had other sessions booked)



~If you purchase or gift a session for someone, it must be used for a regular session and not a "model" session


~ If I post a sale or promotion, it cannot be combined with no other sales or another session you've already paid for.



~Down payments are required with any session including events/weddings and must be paid upon your booking to secure your session and date. All deposits are applied toward your event total.


~50% of the deposit is non-refundable after booking.

~Deposits do go towards your balance, no separate

deposit fee is required.


~Remaining balance MUST be paid 2 weeks before your session. If your session is not paid in full, the session will be re-scheduled until payment is received. (Sessions only)


~ Remaining balance for events, quince's and weddings must be paid 2 months before the event.


~ My turn around time for any regular session is roughly about 2 weeks or less (not including weddings/events.)


~ My turn around time for weddings and events are roughly about 2 months. (possible sneak peeks will be sent sometime between then.)


~My turn around for Elopements are roughly about 1 and half month or less.


~ A late fee of $25 will be applied if you arrive 15 minutes late, so please arrive on time. Arriving late will also deduct time from your session (no longer being the full time) $25 late fee must be paid in order to receive your photos.


~ All deposits and balances are non-refundable but may be used in the future for a different date.


~ If weather permits a session from occurring the client will not be charged a fee for rescheduling. We will discuss a date to make up or move to indoors.


~ Regarding outfit changes: if your session only includes one outfit but you would like to include a second one, a $25 fee will be applied to each additional outfit. (please let me know beforehand to adjust the duration of the session.)


~ Expedited photos are an additional $60 and the images will be sent out in 4 days


~ If you add an additional individual during the session without paying the $20 fee - album will not be sent out until it has been paid for.


~ Wedding packages are up to 200+ photos depending on package!


~Traveling Fees: 1-2 & half hours away $125-$150, 3-4+ hours away $175-$250, anything farther then 4 hours will discuss.



~For any individual that wants to be added to any session, in addition to the listed amount of people per session, will be charged $20 per person they wish to include.


~ I do work as a part-time employee for H-E-B and if you happen to be an HEB partner as well, you do get $15 off any session.( You must email and or message me your badge for verification.)


~ If you are in any military branch, are a retired veteran, nurse/doctor, or first responder (Police/Fire Fighter/EMT) you will receive $20 off any session. (A badge or ID is required for verification via email or text.)


~ NO STACKING COUPONS OR OTHER DISCOUNTS


~ Please give me a 8 hour notice if you need or decide to reschedule. If not you will be charged a $30 rescheduling fee that must be paid before booking the rescheduled date.


~ If you do not wish for me to post your children(s) photos on my social media, please let me know in person and or message/email.


~ I DO NOT send out RAW images! This is not apart of my work.


~ As the photographer, I will choose the best images from the entire session and edit those based off every detail. I do not let my clients pick which images they want edited, as I don't have the time to meet with each and every client to do so.


~Once deposit or full payment is made, I will send out a confirmation email including the details of your session and my client expectations.
